Hello sweet souls,
Today is 4 Toj—a beautiful day to allow this transmission to land in your body.
Toj is the energy of the offering, of the sacred fire, of energetic balance and gratitude. It is the day of payment and reciprocity—not always in a transactional sense, but in the deepest sense: the leveling of energy, the clearing of what has been carried, the return to harmony.
For me, Toj is the heart of the sky (the cosmos, the sun, divinity, perhaps a heaven) and the heart of the earth (the soil, rootedness, richness) meeting in the body. It is the day to offer—and to receive.
Four is the energy of wholeness and stability—the four directions, the four elements, the sacred land that grounds and holds. It is the energy of foundation. It is the energy of the physical plane and even the body.
And so it feels aligned to share this transmission on Your Body is the Portal with you now—because the body is exactly that: the place where sky (divinity) and earth (rootedness) meet. The vessel that holds the sacred fire. The instrument through which offering and receiving both move.
On 4 Toj, we arrive in the body. We make it an altar. We let it do what it came here to do.
In this transmission, I explore what I call the Soul field—and why the body is the only way in. I share the three natural stages of opening: feeling yourself, feeling another, and feeling the field in totality. I share a story from an ordinary afternoon in a nail salon that showed me exactly what this looks like in real life. And I share the story of my surgery, the room by the sea, and what arrived the day after that changed everything.
