What Flows Through When Your Body Opens

Hello sweet souls,

Today is 12 Tz’i in the Mayan Sacred Calendar.

Tz’i is the energy of the totality of a life thoroughly lived—with integrity, justice, fidelity, loyalty, and above all, self-love. It is the day that holds the full biography of a soul moving through its cycles—the accumulated wisdom of every choice made, every wound metabolized, every moment of choosing yourself over the comfortable and familiar.

Tz’i asks: Have you been faithful to yourself? Have you been loyal to your own becoming?

Twelve is a number of great strength and accumulated experience—the energy of someone who has gathered much and now stands at the threshold of full integration. It is a number of grace arriving after effort.

And we are still inside the trecena of Kawok—the sacred storm, the divine feminine, the energy of collective healing, and the community of souls who hold each other through the rain. This trecena has been moving through much of April, holding some of what we have been exploring this month.

Which brings me to this moment. This is our third soul transmission of April, and I want to take a breath here and acknowledge what we have moved through together.

In our first transmission—Your Body Is the Portal—we spoke about the body as the instrument through which the Soul came here to feel, to receive, and to connect to the Soul field. To everything that is reachable and touchable through you.

In our second transmission—What the Body Holds: Following Aliveness—we went inside. We spoke about the voices the body holds, the initiation of heartbreak, and the practice of following aliveness as the way we metabolize and integrate everything the body carries.

And now, in this third transmission, we arrive at the really good part.

What Flows Through When You Open is about what becomes possible when you stop bracing. When you stop managing and suppressing and shaming the voices within and simply allow them to do their work. When the spaciousness opens. And what begins to flow through that spaciousness is—devotion, love, wisdom, and becoming.
