Hello sweet souls,

Today, we begin the trecena of 1 E’—and if you have been wondering whether you are on the right path, this is the energy that will answer you.

E’ is the road. Not the destination—the road itself. The ancient Mayan pilgrim path that connects one sacred site to the next, or even one version of yourself to the one waiting just ahead. E’ does not ask you to arrive. E’ asks you to walk. To trust that the road beneath your feet knows where it is going, even when you do not. To understand that the stepping from one stone to the next—from A to B to Z—is not a detour. It is the whole point.

This is what E’ teaches: the path is not a means to an end. The path is the medicine.

For me, E' is not about distant travel right now—it is about going deeper, exploring the roads I have never walked before right here in New Mexico, and stepping more fully into my path as a Soul teacher, letting the Altar become what it has always been: the sacred inner road we return to again and again.

E’ has been showing me this all along.

In the Mayan tradition, E’ carries the color yellow—the color of the sun, of illumination, of the path lit from within. E’ is communal too—it is the road that connects us to each other, the thread of belonging that runs beneath every journey taken in good faith. You do not walk your path alone. You walk it as part of a lineage of walkers who came before you and those who will come after.

And E’ asks the deepest question: Are you walking your path—or someone else’s?

This 13-day trecena, which runs from Friday, April 24 through Wednesday, May 6, is an invitation to feel the difference. To notice where your steps feel alive and where they feel performed. To let the road show you what is yours.

And if you’d like to join us in May—where we are turning toward self-trust and inner authority as our guiding theme—consider this your invitation. We have three live gatherings planned:

  • Thursday, May 7th: Cacao Ritual and Kundalini Transmission—a sound journey to work with your life force that is rising.

  • Wednesday, May 20th: Cacao Ritual and Restorative Yoga Session—to restore fluidity between the base and the high heart so you may hear your Soul.

  • Thursday, May 28th: Collective Sacred Ancestor Reading—a sacred reply to each soul’s question from their ancestors who are ready to speak.

All the details on The Altar are here.

For members of the Altar, images and a full description of this altar are below—along with guidance for designing your own altar based on what’s unfolding in your life. If you’d like to share what E’ is stirring in you, please add it to the comments. I’d love to hear it.

Sending aliveness to your path,

Maggie

P.S.—For those of you in or near Santa Fe—I will host a Sacred Cacao Circle on Saturday, May 16. During this circle, I’ll guide you through a Cacao Ritual to commune with the earth, your ancestors, and the wisdom of your Soul; and offer a demonstration of ancestral channeling. If you feel the call, details are linked right here: Sacred Cacao Circle. Reserve your space soon—as my last Cacao Circle sold out.
