Hello sweet souls,

Today is 13 Ajmak in the Mayan Sacred Calendar—the day of forgiveness, of the ancestors, of all that is pardoned, softened, and released. And 13 is the highest tone, the fullness, the energy carried all the way to completion.

On 13 Ajmak we are asked to lay down what we have been carrying, to let the ones who walk beside us help us set it down, and to close one cycle clean so the next can open.

I cannot imagine a more fitting day to give you this.

Because what I am placing in your hands today is a guided meditation for Tijax—and Tijax, like Ajmak, is an energy of release. And, the next Tijax day is this Monday, June 29—it is 2 Tijax.
