Hello sweet souls,
Today is 1 Toj—the sacred fire. The altar within. Toj is offering and reciprocity—what you give, and what returns to you. It is the day we tend the flame, and the flame tends us.
It is the right day for this transmission. Because today I share the sacred instructions I return to over and over again—the ones that hold the diamond together and keep me from collapsing back into the traditional way. These are not a business plan. They are not a strategy. They are a set of truths, organized into four movements: how you tend yourself, how you create, how you navigate, and how you honor the work. Everything I know about running a Soul-led business lives somewhere inside those four.
This is one of the most practical transmissions I have ever recorded, and also one of the most sacred—because the practical falls out of the sacred, in that order. I close with a practice: two questions to sit with at your altar, so you can feel which instructions are already alive in you and which ones are asking to be.
